This sliding screen door roller assembly insert has a high density polyethylene frame with an adjustable high density polyethylene inner housing and high density polyethylene roller. This high density polyethylene roller assembly was used on HiLite doors. It is a high density polyethylene bracket with a spring loaded 9/16 in Dia flat edged high density polyethylene roller inside. It fits into a rectangle slot in the bottom of the door and is held in by the included screw.

This is a roller is used on bottom mount installations. It is a 1 in steel ball bearing roller with a 1/4 in axle hole. The 1/4-20 x 3/4 in carriage bolt inserts through the screen door frame and through the roller and is then secured in the bottom rail with a nut.
